Due to problems with Numerex/Airdesk LLC the provider of equipment airtime services to Unitracking we are NO LONGER able to support Numerex/Airdesk LLC. We feel they are incapable of providing adequate service at a level we expect from our business partners. In addition individuals within Airdesk have misrepresented the service and or products they provided and have left Unitracking in a position to make a decision to terminate any further business activity with Numerex/Airdesk LLC.

After many months of discussions they continue to have network issues/ problems and to date have failed to rectify the problems. Due to the failure of Numerex and Airdesk LLC to rectify issues any further use of your tracking system will be under the terms of Airdesk LLC with no further responsibility of UniTracking VTU industries Inc.

We are working towards a solution to ensure our customers receive a high level of service they expect.  We expect to have a resolution without Numerex providing and Services.
